About Generation Mono font

Generation Mono Font is an extremely heavy sans serif font crafted & designed by Nguyen Gobber. The first few characters of Generation Mono were drawn for the 2019 edition of the annual “Next Generation” campaign of the Basel Academy of Art and Design. The character set was later expanded to cover the basic Latin alphabet, including all figures and basic punctuation. Its design is ultra-wide and lends itself to being set vertically, just as it was done in its first application.
